Information collected

We collect account, identity, contact, family, next-of-kin, emergency-contact, education, professional, skills, interests, mentorship, membership, contribution, security, and activity information needed to operate the group portal.

How information is used

Information is used to review membership applications, administer membership, communicate with members, maintain governance and financial records, protect accounts, investigate failures, and meet applicable obligations.

Who can access information

Each member can access only their own personal profile. Administrators can access complete applications and profiles for membership administration. Executive users receive only the limited information required for their duties; sensitive birth, address, next-of-kin, and emergency-contact information is restricted.

Storage and protection

Data is stored using Supabase and related service providers. Profile images are kept in private storage. Access controls, authentication, auditing, backups, and monitoring are used to reduce risk, though no system can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and correction

Information is retained for membership, governance, security, and legal purposes. Members may correct permitted profile fields and request other corrections through an administrator. Rejected application records may be retained to document the final decision.

Your choices

Members may request access or correction of their information and ask questions about its use. Some records cannot be deleted where the group must preserve governance, financial, security, or legal records.
