Membership applications

Applicants must provide complete and accurate information. Registration does not create active membership. Access is granted only after administrator approval, and rejected applications are final under the current membership process.

Account responsibilities

Members must protect their credentials, use the portal lawfully, and promptly report suspected account misuse. Accounts may be suspended to protect the group or enforce its rules.

Acceptable use

Users must not misuse member information, disrupt the service, impersonate others, upload harmful content, or use the portal for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

Member content and records

Members remain responsible for information they submit. Official contribution, meeting, membership, and audit records may be retained for governance, accountability, and legal obligations.

Service availability

The group aims to maintain the portal but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features and these terms may change following appropriate notice and committee approval.
